Naomi was asked to take over the construction phase Project Management of this programme of works (£25m) at the point of delivery, due to HLF requirements for a PM with construction experience and an ability to troubleshoot. She was responsible for managing the Design Team, driving and managing the programme, reporting to the client organisation and the Heritage Lottery Fund. This project was completed successfully.

The lease on the existing museum is coming to an end and the space is not fit for purpose for a museum which wants to expand and grow, inline with the visitor expectations. A building in a prominent position within the town has become available and a project is being developed to deliver these plans.
