Naomi was asked to take over the construction phase Project Management of this programme of works (£25m) at the point of delivery, due to HLF requirements for a PM with construction experience and an ability to troubleshoot. She was responsible for managing the Design Team, driving and managing the programme, reporting to the client organisation and the Heritage Lottery Fund. This project was completed successfully.
