Naomi was asked to take over the construction phase Project Management of this programme of works (£25m) at the point of delivery, due to HLF requirements for a PM with construction experience and an ability to troubleshoot. She was responsible for managing the Design Team, driving and managing the programme, reporting to the client organisation and the Heritage Lottery Fund. This project was completed successfully.

Rock Hall is a Grade II listed building, within an historic landscape. The Hall and Park is owned by Bolton Council, who are working in Partnership with Lancashire Wildlife Trust to bring it back to life and to create a new community facility.
